How to empower women? It is the most asked question nowadays. This was an unsolved myth before two decades. Education is the best way to empower women. Everyone may get an education with no gender discrimination. Female education is the best tool for better progress in the country. Female education is the first step in empowering women. After getting a good education, females can take part in better human capital development. Education of the male just brings prosperity in his family, but the education of female brings the civilized nation. Educated women can manage the house better than uneducated women. She can bring up her child in a better way. She can help her child with plans. Educated women can take part in the prosperity of his family, generate good human capital, and ensure the civilized nation.
Allowed them to work freely:
They are almost 48.8% of women in the world. If we give a friendly environment in workplaces, they can bring good human capital. Co-work places have healthy competition which results in good business for the companies. There are two main types of problems occurring in working female life first from the family and the second at the workplace. In the first problem mostly family do not allow to work in the male-dominated workplaces or sometimes family does not allow to work for any other reason. Second is harassment at workplaces. This is most common throughout the world. The administration of the company can easily solve this problem. If the administration does not resolve the issue, there are many rules that allow females to go to court.
Complement their mind and Soul:
Complement the mind and soul of a female not just her body. Women already get a lot of praise about her beauty and looks. Women feel much better when someone compliments her inside rather than her outside. Try to praise and women on something other than her looks once daily. This act shows your love and cares about her. Love, respect, and care are these things that a woman expects from her partner. This act gives her confidence, and it boosts up his performance.
Allow to pursue their passion:
Everyone has a passion for something. Passion does not follow gender but in some societies, only boys may pursue their passion. Passion is an extraordinary feeling about anything that would be about sports, fashion, studies, are about anything else. We should allow everyone pursuing their passion without gender inequality. Some observe that females are more passionate than males. Their intensity of passion is much higher than the male. If a female really made her mind about something, she would make it possible at any cost. In these male-dominant societies, there is a need to pay a special focus on women’s empowerment. This can be done by giving awareness about women’s empowerment. Motivational speakers are one who can boost their thirst to get it done.
Need to overcome the narrow-mindedness:
Narrow-mindedness is a big problem that still exists in some societies. Mostly the parents show it in the education of girls and husbands who stop their wives from working. They think the girls can't do any other work except domestic works. Some men do not allow this because they think if females earn better than men. She will be out of his control. They just want to see a girl dependent on them. This narrow-mindedness is destroying the career of many girls. This hurdle can be overcome by increasing the moral values of males and telling the benefits of women’s empowerment.
Special focus on feudal areas:
Feudalism is where a lack of public authorities is replaced with the rate of the local lords. The condition of women's empowerment in feudal areas is miserably low. They are afraid to empower women. Most feudal areas are the hub of child marriages, child labor, rape and honor killing. They do not educate their women. They force their young girls of 13-15 to marry the old men of 50+. It reports many cases of such marriages with a huge age gap in different feudal areas. They treat their girls like a slave. They force their girls to marry at a young age. This situation is terrible because, in feudal areas, law and order are out of reach for a poor person. This problem still exists only the government can fix it. UNO is also trying to get rid of it.

Sexual harassment is a common problem that exists in the overall world. This is a crime, but most of its criminals remain free because females avoid filing the cases against the culprits. Female avoids having legal work done because of the honor problems of the family. The horrible face of the crime is rapping the female, but it is a bitter truth that almost 90% of harassment and 60% of rape cases are not filed. Almost every country has a law about women’s harassment and rape, but in some countries, these types of cases are not proceeding with honesty. This is a major hurdle to empower women.

Gender bias inequality can be reduced by educating every woman about their rights. Gender-based violence is much higher in those areas where women do not know about their rights. The density of gender-based violence is much lower in urban areas because the women of urban areas know their rights. They have the courage to stand for the rights this act of showing courage prevents many cases of brutality. The government can stop this violence by developing more powerful laws and enforcing them by the institutions of the state. Women must have social rights like education, residents, maternity leave, the right to earn money and the right to spend their money. The state must ensure the social, legal and political rights of women.
Promote their talent:
Every woman has a different talent in her some are good at cooking, some at designing, sports management, or any other thing. The girls should have the right to choose their profession according to their talent; Parents should not force their children to choose the field of their choice. Parents should encourage their children to pursue talent. This little thing can save their children from depression and anxiety.
Hence, women's empowerment can bring prosperity in their lives. If a woman is happy, she can look after her family in a good way. It is the shortest way to increase the economy of any country. No country can really think about progress without the participation of almost 50% of its female population. Women's empowerment can increase human capital, which is the basic tool in the progress of any country.
